Over the last 25 years, Australia’s leading platforms and marketing services company, Sensis, has been surveying small-medium businesses and their opinions, outlook and confidence levels to create the SMB Index.
After speaking to small businesses, industry, government and the media about how to improve the Index, in 2019 Sensis moved from telephone based interviews to a digital online survey in hopes to diversify the sample, increase survey detail but decrease turnaround times.
