1,000 online shoppers interviewed (Grocery n=635 includes Coles n=239, Woolworths n=237, Pharmacy n=362 includes Chemist Warehouse n=149, Priceline n=115), benchmarked against over 100,000 in-store shoppers in the same retailers. Each shopped within the last 3 days and asked about the one recent shopping experience on that site/ store. Each asked a comparable 15 min questionnaire to benchmark by channel. The questionnaire is asked online, shoppers opt in after their trip (minimises bias) and are paid to ensure quality of response. Fully national representative across Australia, no weighting or quotas. Field work conducted in 2016.
